Vivi

The Canal Parade passes along the edge of the Jordaan, and on that Saturday the quays are packed from early afternoon until the last boat goes by. Vivi enjoys the week and plans around it, with bookings from the evening onwards when the crowds have moved indoors. She speaks Portuguese, Spanish and English, so a guest arriving from almost anywhere is rarely short of words with her. Nuru and soapy sessions are what guests ask her for after a day in the sun, and she makes it clear at the start what her session will include. At twenty-three she brings energy to the room without ever rushing the hour.

Vivi decides which bookings she takes and may decline any of them; she sets the limits for what a session includes, says what they are, and may end a visit at any point, as the terms set out.
