Chloe

During ADE the city runs on club hours for five nights, and a visitor's evening often starts at midnight and ends after sunrise. Chloe takes that rhythm as given and would rather book the early evening, between dinner and the first set, than compete with a dance floor for a guest's attention. French and English are the languages she works in, and she is at ease with a guest whose own French stops at ordering a coffee.
